VAMENIA® products are shipped worldwide with DHL and other reputable transportation companies. You will receive a tracking number, with which can at any time track the delivery stage of your package. With us you enjoy the special advantages of a parcel post insurance.

Shipping from the Factory

As soon as the purchase is processed in our online shop, your orders will be sent from Sunday to Friday at the latest on the following day (except on public holidays). The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
After shipment, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment data.

Surprise Delivery

Make your loved one happy with a surprise delivery.
When ordering, simply choose a delivery address different from the billing address. With the benefits of tracking, you can always check where your surprise shipment is located. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us at kundenservice@vamenia.de.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
